“All the staff were very friendly! The AC in my room was making extra noise and therefore disturbed my sleep. The staff tried to resolve the problem but without success. They said a new unit would be installed nevertheless it wasn’t done. The hotel is quite worn and could use some touching up. Again very friendly staff all the way.”

“This place is where people pay nightly to come with women or men. It’s a motel. They have a $300 TT pass for the day and the building was terrible the facility the whole surround in everything is terrible is degrading. I believe that Expedia shall not entertain the Alecia‘s palace anymore. It’s false advertisement. It’s not up to the standard at least for me. I like standard like where I’m staying in book reef right now where I’m gonna stay in the Hyatt K-pop hotel that kind of standard it’s not...

“This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. This Kiskadee guest house was SPECTACULAR! Safe, Clean premises, Staff were very knowledgeable & friendly. We would return there FOR SURE!! A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL AT KISKADEE, you all are amazing! “If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.”
