“This property is very well maintained. The room was lovely. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the location as it is away from the city and surrounded by tropical birds and plants. The property is not a close walk to downtown. We took taxis, which we enjoyed, because the cabbies were friendly and gave us explanations of what we were passing. It is close to the Royal Botanical Gardens and the Zoo, which we enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Port of Spain.”

“The breakfast was too expensive and it should come with the room for the price I pay the staff was very helpful and I like where it situated everything you need is right around”

“The room was very sparse, no coffee, water, blow dryer or cleaning service they give you 1 towel per guest , air conditioner didn’t cool after the first night, the property was fairly clean but very dated, the daily breakfast was good”

“Overall satisfactory”

“When I got to check in on Saturday the service received by the receptionist was great. It just got worse from there, no information on WiFi. It was raining heavily, if you have bags to carry you can literally slip and fall. The portion size for the breakfast, just forget it. It's very small and not worth it. Rooms not sound proof you can hear everything outside and vice versa.”

“I did not stay one night at this property. This is a 'drive thru' motel at best. I need a full refund. ”

“Property was nice and quiet, just what was needed for a relaxing staycation.”

“Ampie camere, tutti i servizi perfettamente funzionanti wi-fi, Aria condizionata, Frigo bar. Bagno con una cabina doccia bellissima e con tutte le funzioni, area breackfast e pranzo attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Servizio di navetta dall'aeroporto. ”

“If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.”

“The hotel was basic. The restaurant/bar is very good, exceptional employee at the bar and the staff is exceptional”

“This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. I believe with some renovations,...

“There is a need for the following: - A place for females to put their makeup - Carpet on the floor because the tiles are slippery - Cooking utensils”
